Caesars Republic Scottsdale, A Hilton Hotel opened in March 2024 as Caesars Entertainment's first non-gaming hotel in the United States, an 11-story, 265-room property built beside Scottsdale Fashion Square in downtown Scottsdale, Arizona. Developed with HCW and Caesars, and later brought into Hilton's soft-brand portfolio, it pairs a casino company's hospitality instincts with a resort program built around three Giada De Laurentiis restaurants and a seventh-floor pool deck facing Camelback Mountain.

The place

The hotel stands on the north side of Scottsdale Fashion Square, one of the largest shopping centers in the American Southwest, placing guests within walking distance of the mall's retail and restaurant concentration and the galleries, bars and restaurants of Old Town Scottsdale just beyond it. Downtown Scottsdale sits a short drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and from Scottsdale's golf courses and desert resorts, giving the hotel a genuinely urban footing in a market long dominated by sprawling low-rise resorts. At 147 feet and 11 stories, the building is a comparatively vertical presence for the area, with upper floors angled to frame views of Camelback Mountain to the south.

The concept

Caesars Republic Scottsdale marks Caesars Entertainment's move beyond casino resorts into a standalone lifestyle hotel, developed in partnership with Arizona-based HCW and designed by BRP Architects with interiors by Studio 11. The 260,000-square-foot building holds 265 rooms and suites, including 29 luxury suites — among them wellness suites equipped with on-demand Peloton bikes and a bridal suite with its own hair salon — and five penthouse entertainment suites over 2,000 square feet, each with a private terrace and kitchen. Standard king and double-queen rooms run 331 to 483 square feet, finished with floor-to-ceiling windows, 55-inch 4K televisions and in-room liquor display cabinets, a residential flourish aimed at a guest who wants resort scale without resort remove. The hotel also carries more than 20,000 square feet of meeting and event space, anchored by a column-free 7,000-square-foot ballroom for up to 750 guests, alongside the 3,000-square-foot Camelback Veranda and a 3,700-square-foot meeting room — a program that positions the property for conferences and social events as much as leisure stays. In December 2024, the hotel joined Hilton's portfolio as a soft-brand property, letting guests earn and redeem Hilton Honors points while keeping the Caesars Republic name and continuing to accept bookings through Caesars' own channels, a dual-loyalty arrangement uncommon among new independent openings.

Dining & wellness

Food and beverage centers on three venues from celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis: Luna by Giada and Pronto by Giada, serving Italian cooking with California and Mediterranean inflections. On the seventh floor, SEVEN pairs a restaurant and pool lounge — operated by Riot Hospitality Group and run through a June 2025 redesign with a refreshed interior, cocktail list and menu — with Camelback Mountain views, a roughly 12-foot 4K video wall and sports-book integration tied to Caesars' betting app. The hotel has two pools, including Cleopatra's Pool & Bar next to the event lawn, plus a fitness center and complimentary Peloton bikes for wellness-suite guests.
