The concept
JMK Group is developing Cork's first Hilton-branded hotel on South Terrace, restoring a protected Georgian terrace originally designed by Cork-born architect Sir Thomas Deane and pairing it with a new six-storey extension at the rear. The 103-room mix includes standard rooms and extended-stay accommodation with kitchenettes. Specialist property lender Maslow Capital confirmed €21.3 million in funding for the project, which is targeting an autumn 2027 opening under Hilton's Tapestry Collection brand.
Dining & wellness
Planned facilities include a restaurant and breakfast area, a bar, and a fitness space; specific F&B operators have not been named.
