The place
Residence Inn Cork sits on Camden Quay, on the north bank of the River Lee, sharing its site and entrance block with the adjoining Moxy Cork.
The concept
Residence Inn Cork opened in September 2024 as the extended-stay half of the €40 million Camden Quay development, built alongside Moxy Cork by Limerick-based Conack Construction. Its 53 studios and one-bedroom suites each include a full kitchenette with oven, dishwasher, fridge and hob, aimed at longer corporate and relocation stays rather than overnight visitors.
Dining & wellness
The hotel includes The Market, a grab-and-go pantry and grocery-delivery service in place of a traditional restaurant, reflecting its self-catering, extended-stay format.
