The Ritz-Carlton returns to Houston with a 156-key hotel inside a 45-story tower in Uptown-Galleria, paired with 112 branded residences. Pickard Chilton designed the building, with interiors by Lauren Rottet's Rottet Studio referencing Houston's bayou landscape. Completion is set for fall 2029.

The concept
The brand's first Houston hotel co-locates with 112 Ritz-Carlton branded residences in a 45-story tower; Rottet Studio's interiors draw on the region's post-oak canopy and Buffalo Bayou corridors, rendered in warm wood, limestone, marble and bronze.
