The concept

PA Hospitality is building a six-story, roughly 85,810-square-foot AC Hotel from the ground up on a $19 million budget, with Anchor Construction as general contractor and DLR Group as architect. Groundbreaking took place in early June 2026. It becomes CityCentre's second hotel, joining The Moran CityCentre, and gives the district's largely office-and-retail mix a second, more budget-accessible lodging option.

Dining & wellness

Plans include a pool, bar, fitness center and meeting space, consistent with the AC Hotels brand standard; no restaurant concept or operator has been named.
