The concept
The first Florida address for Montage International's Pendry brand occupies the base of a 38-story tower shared with more than 200 Pendry Residences; Studio Munge's interiors set a California-meets-Florida tone, and veteran hotelier Stephane Mercier, formerly of The National Hotel Miami Beach, has been named to lead the property.
