The place

At 4101 Atlantic Avenue, the third and final phase of the Cavalier Resort's oceanfront master plan — a new all-suite tower standing between the Marriott and the historic 1927 Cavalier Hotel, with no street-facing rooms and ocean views throughout.

The concept

The Embassy Suites closed out Gold Key | PHR's decade-long, roughly $458 million rebuild of the Cavalier Resort when it opened on February 16, 2023: a ground-up, 157-suite tower that earned Hilton's rare 'Resort' designation, given to only about a dozen Embassy Suites properties nationwide in recognition of the caliber of the location and amenities. Every suite faces the Atlantic rather than the street, and the hotel adds 15,000 square feet of its own conference and restaurant space on top of roughly 40,000 square feet already shared across the resort. Positioned as the family- and group-friendly all-suite option within the complex, it fills a gap the Marriott and Historic Cavalier didn't cover — larger two-room layouts, a daily resort-activities program, and both indoor and outdoor pools — rounding the property out into a genuine three-hotel resort rather than a single flagship with add-ons.

Dining & wellness

Tacos 'N Tequila (TNT), an open-air beachside shack, and Arbuckle's Bar & Grill handle dining; the resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, a 24/7 fitness center, and spa treatments including quartz thermal therapy and hydrotherapy.
