Courtyard by Marriott Reno Sparks is a newly built, 127-room hotel that opened in November 2024 near the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center. Developed by Galaxy Hotels Group as its sixth Nevada property, it's built for the corporate and contractor traffic generated by TRI Center's tech and logistics employers.

The place

The four-story hotel was built new near the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center (TRI Center), the sprawling logistics and tech-manufacturing park east of Sparks that counts Tesla and other major employers among its tenants.

The concept

Opened in November 2024, this is Galaxy Hotels Group's sixth Nevada property and a straightforward, purpose-built Courtyard aimed at the corporate and contractor traffic generated by TRI Center's employers rather than at Reno's casino-district visitors. The 127-room, four-story building has a contemporary blue-and-gray interior scheme, a communal lobby and an outdoor courtyard, with mobile key and contactless check-in through the Marriott Bonvoy app for road-warrior business guests. It is not a design or leisure destination — its news value is purely about closing a gap in branded lodging supply for one of the fastest-growing employment corridors in northern Nevada.

Dining & wellness

An on-site restaurant serves breakfast and dinner, backed by a 24/7 grab-and-go market; the hotel also has an indoor pool and a 24-hour fitness center.
