Developed with LBA Hospitality, the hotel follows Caption by Hyatt's tech-forward, community-first playbook — mobile check-in, flexible workspaces, a lobby built to double as a local meeting spot — and is only the brand's second property in the United States. Floor-to-ceiling windows in every guestroom keep the city skyline and Lookout Mountain in constant view.

Nomia Modern Kitchen serves globally inflected dishes built on Tennessee produce, Stratus Rooftop Lounge pours craft cocktails against Lookout Mountain views, and the all-day Talk Shop concept anchors the lobby; a rooftop lounge pool completes the amenities.
