The place

South Broad at Main, in Chattanooga's Southside district, on a site previously occupied by an auto service facility that was demolished to clear the lot.

The concept

Vision Hospitality Group, the Chattanooga-based developer behind several of the city's recent hotel openings, broke ground on this $45 million project as the brand's first AC Hotel in the city. The ground floor will house O-Ku, a Japanese restaurant concept from Indigo Road Hospitality Group, open to both hotel guests and the public.
