Arden Hotel, expected in early 2026, is Wentworth Hospitality Group's follow-up to the Loden Hotel — the Vancouver team that earned a Michelin Key in 2025. The concept
The project converts a six-storey 1972 medical office building into a 62-room boutique hotel, turning roughly 27,000 square feet of former office space into guestrooms, a fitness gym, and meeting rooms, with a new lobby entrance and a restaurant added at ground level. It is Wentworth Hospitality Group's follow-up to the Loden Hotel, which earned a Michelin Key in 2025, and joins the group's existing roster of Tableau Bar Bistro, Homer St. Café & Bar, and Maxine's Café & Bar.
Dining & wellness
A signature restaurant with an outdoor dining patio is planned for the ground floor; specific concepts and names have not yet been announced.
