The concept
A 29-storey, 300,000-square-foot mixed-use tower designed by McKinley Studios for developer Nonni Property Group, combining 246 Marriott Autograph Collection hotel rooms with 180 purpose-built rental homes under a signed 25-year Marriott franchise agreement. The scheme retains a heritage facade along Cambie Street and reuses existing heritage mass timber. Vancouver City Council unanimously approved the rezoning on May 7, 2026, but construction is not expected to begin until 2028, so no credible opening year has been set yet.
Dining & wellness
The approved scheme includes a ground-floor restaurant and bar, activation of the adjoining lane with a café, and privately owned public spaces — specific operators have not been announced.
