Nobu Hotel Abu Dhabi, Saadiyat Island, a partnership between Nobu Hospitality and Aldar Properties, is planned for Mamsha Beach on Saadiyat Island opposite the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, with a target opening cited as 2026 in early announcements and 2027 in later residences materials. The 165-room hotel, designed by RSP Architects and Studio PCH, will include a rooftop Nobu Villa and a flagship Nobu restaurant.

The place

The hotel is planned for Mamsha Beach on Saadiyat Island, directly opposite the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi and adjacent to Aldar's Saadiyat Grove development, with access to over 8 kilometres of beachfront.

The concept

Nobu Hotel Abu Dhabi, Saadiyat Island, announced in partnership with Aldar Properties, will be Nobu Hospitality's Abu Dhabi debut, designed by RSP Architects and Studio PCH to blend Japanese and Arabic architectural references. The 165-room hotel, including a signature rooftop Nobu Villa, is planned alongside a separate branded-residences component of 88 units across two buildings.

Dining & wellness

A flagship Nobu restaurant is planned with waterfront views toward the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, mirroring the format of the original Nobu Malibu, per the operator's announcement.
