We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was excellent, from the beautiful facilities to the outstanding service. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made our experience even more enjoyable.

We stayed for several nights. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were friendly and supportive.

Hotel has a beautiful and clean beach with high quality facilities, and all staffs in the beach and beach’s BAR were friendly and supportive.
The buffet restaurant for dinner, lunch, and breakfast, most of the items were repetitive and varied by maybe 10-20% from day to day. However, we expected that the buffet food variety would change more, because we had tested the food at other branches of Rixos hotels, and there was more variety, and the variety of food was different for each meal and each day.
And a good option that the hotel offered was the possibility of using the available a la carte restaurants, which was a good experience.
Hotel had a good entertainment like DJ on the beach and live music at the evening time which was great experience
All staff in the entrance, reception, cleaning, bars, beach, restaurants were friendly and kind and respectful and supportive.
And for drinks, they served good quality brands.
We had an amazing stay at Rixos Saadiyat and couldn't be happier with our experience. The atmosphere throughout the resort is beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for a getaway. The food was absolutely amazing, with plenty of delicious options to choose from.

My stay at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
From the moment I arrived, everything felt luxurious, welcoming, and perfectly organized. The service level was exceptional, the staff treated every guest with genuine care, and the atmosphere of the resort was peaceful, elegant, and unforgettable.
I would especially like to highlight Resty from the concierge team, who provided truly outstanding service. His support, kindness, and dedication were something you don’t see every day. He went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed, guided me with patience and professionalism, and made sure my entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. Even outside of his direct duties, he showed genuine care and attention, which made a huge difference in my stay.
The food was amazing, the beach was beautiful and clean, the rooms were stunning, and every part of the hotel felt premium and high quality. What truly made the experience special was the hospitality — the staff consistently went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.

What a fantastic stay from start to finish! The all-inclusive experience exceeded every expectation, from the incredible food to the stunning setting and a staff that truly went the extra mile.
A heartfelt thank you to the Manager, Mr. Binoy Francis, whose attention to detail made our dining moments genuinely special. We enjoyed a wonderful family getaway, and the restaurants Aja and L’olivo are absolute must-tries. Our pool access room was a highlight, stepping straight out to the water right at our doorstep was pure luxury.
