Mokaia operates as an all-day café and coworking-style lounge, Livi serves a Mediterranean menu built around open-kitchen theatre and private dining, and Le Cellier, on the 18th floor, pairs a curated wine list with city views for a smaller, late-evening crowd. An outdoor pool, boutique spa and fitness centre round out the amenities.
