The concept
Marcus Hotels & Resorts opened this new-build, nine-story hotel in August 2018 under a Marriott franchise, built around Courtyard's then-new flexible room design — separate zones for working, sleeping and relaxing, with a mobile desk and dedicated charging ledges — aimed squarely at business and convention travelers and groups using the adjacent Convention Center.
Dining & wellness
The Bistro serves made-to-order breakfast and dinner, grab-and-go options and a full bar. An outdoor rooftop pool with city and mountain views, a fitness center, guest laundry and roughly 869 square feet of flexible meeting space round out the amenities.
