414 North Palm Canyon Drive, spanning two and a half city blocks in downtown Palm Springs, at the gateway to the Design District.
The concept
The first project between Hyatt and Dallas-based HALL Group, and Thompson Hotels' entry into Palm Springs. Guest rooms are bungalow-inspired with private balconies; a separate adults-only enclave, Upper Stories, adds 42 rooms including 5 suites with a private pool and lounge. A custom art collection was sourced by Shore Art Advisory.
Dining & wellness
Lola Rose Grand Mezze, a Levantine-inspired restaurant from executive chef Quentin Garcia feeding out to a skyline pool with San Jacinto Mountains views; a HALL Napa Valley Tasting Room pouring HALL, WALT and BACA wines; and Bar Issi, a ground-floor Mediterranean concept from Melissa and Matt Hermer's Boujis Group.
