Designed around a 'Modernising Medieval' concept and verified net-zero carbon by Savills Earth, it pairs sustainability credentials with Winnie's Café and Bar and the brand's signature playful interiors.

The concept
room2's first hotel in the North of England is a fully electric, net-zero-carbon new-build across seven floors, designed around a 'Modernising Medieval' concept that pairs reclaimed timber, recycled textiles and restored joinery with the brand's signature bold colors and artistic wallpaper. The scheme is verified against the UKGBC net-zero carbon framework by Savills Earth.
