Hilton Grand Vacations broke ground in December 2025 on Ocean Reserve, a 227-suite oceanfront timeshare resort next to its existing Ocean 22 property in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Part of a $230 million rebuild of the former Boardwalk Beach Resort site, it is targeted to open in the second quarter of 2028.

The concept
Hilton Grand Vacations' fourth property in Myrtle Beach and eighth in South Carolina, built on the site of the former Boardwalk Beach Resort. Construction began in December 2025 as part of a $230 million rebuild of the site, with one-, two- and three-bedroom suites plus presidential suites. Sales for the property launched in July 2026, with occupancy targeted for the second quarter of 2028.
