My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at La Concha Hotel in Key West this past weekend. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding and the atmosphere made the trip feel special.
The hotel itself is beautiful, perfectly located, and full of Key West charm. Everything about the stay felt relaxing, comfortable, and well taken care of.
A special thank-you goes to our personal concierge Jennifer. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. Her attention to detail, kindness, and helpful attitude truly stood out.
I also want to recognize Paul, the general manager, for the special treatment and hospitality. It is clear that he takes pride in making guests feel valued, and that level of leadership shows throughout the hotel.
La Concha made this Key West weekend memorable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay with exceptional service. I will definitely be back.

I surprised my husband for his 65th birthday, and from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. A huge thank you to Jennifer Robino, the Lifestyle Concierge Manager, who was absolutely fantastic to work with. She went above and beyond to make this celebration so special.
When we checked into our room, we were blown away—beautifully decorated with balloons, a thoughtful card, and even a delicious slice of key lime pie waiting for my husband. Such a personal and memorable touch!
Our room was gorgeous—spacious, chic, and featured a large private balcony that made it even more special. The entire experience felt luxurious yet warm and welcoming. Also, the location is fantastic!
We truly had the best time and felt so well taken care of throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a place in Key West that delivers exceptional service and unforgettable experiences, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!
Great hotel right in the heart if downtown area.....close to all the action. Rooms were quite good. Room service, lobby & meeting areas lounge areas, bar and other amenities very nice. 2nd floor pool & 3rd floor 2-level patio great if taking a break from (very) busy streets.
Maybe could have used a nice indoor dinner restaurant, but most people seem to want to do that at the many, many outdoor restaurants & bars.

The staff was AMAZING!!! Loved Emma and Shota at the pool the first day, started off our vacation right!
Jovana was the best bartender! Loved all her drinks and especially her rum old fashioned!! We didn’t even know you could make an old fashioner out of rum!!!
German and Giorg were great at the pool!!
We felt like family especially with Emma and Jovana!! We can’t wait to come back and see them!!
