Hilton has converted the former Ocean's Edge Resort & Marina on Stock Island into Hilton Key West Resort & Marina, its 12th property in the Florida Keys and 175-room debut in Key West. The waterfront resort began accepting stays from July 1, 2026, built around a private marina and six saltwater pools.

The place
The resort sits on 20 acres at 5950 Peninsular Avenue on Stock Island, at Key West's eastern edge, roughly ten minutes from the airport and six miles from Old Town, with direct frontage on its own marina.
The concept
Hilton's conversion of the former Ocean's Edge Resort & Marina gives the brand its 12th Florida Keys property and first foothold in Key West proper, refreshing guest rooms and adding a new Tiki Event Pavilion to an already marina-centric layout aimed at boaters and outdoor-recreation travelers rather than the historic-district crowd.

Yellowfin Bar & Kitchen serves island-inspired, Asian-influenced cuisine for all three meals, Ocean's Edge Café covers grab-and-go Cuban coffee and breakfast, and the resort's six saltwater pools, full-service marina and complimentary kayaking and paddleboarding anchor its recreation offer.
