Hilton Key West Resort & Marina is the former Ocean's Edge Resort & Marina on Stock Island, converted by Hilton and open for stays from July 1, 2026. It has 175 rooms, 86 of them suites, six saltwater pools and a full-service marina, and is the brand's 12th property in the Florida Keys.
The building is owned by Sunstone Hotel Investors and managed by Hilton.
The resort is at 5950 Peninsular Avenue on Stock Island, at the eastern edge of Key West. The airport is about ten minutes away. Duval Street and Mallory Square are roughly six miles off, which puts the hotel outside the walkable historic district.
Its front door is the marina, with direct access to the water for guests who arrive by boat or plan to charter one.
The concept
Hilton announced the conversion on June 3, 2026, and reservations opened for stays beginning July 1. The former Ocean's Edge became a Hilton-managed hotel, the brand's first in Key West itself.
Every one of the 175 rooms has a private, furnished balcony, and 86 are suites. The six saltwater pools are spread over the property, and the on-site marina is described by Hilton as award-winning and full-service.
For meetings, the hotel has a 570-square-foot boardroom and a 1,140-square-foot outdoor patio, small figures that point to retreats and weddings rather than conventions.
Dining & wellness
Yellowfin Bar & Kitchen is the main restaurant, with island-inspired cuisine served from breakfast to dinner. Ocean's Edge Café keeps the former resort's name and sells coffee, smoothies and breakfast to take away. Service is also offered by the pools and in the rooms.
