The concept
From the team behind Birmingham's Qavali restaurant, Baloci occupies a Georgian house and takes its theme from the Silk Route and Baluchi culture and heritage. Each of its six rooms — Marco Polo, Babylon, Persia, Alexander the Great, Rumi and Taj Mahal — is individually themed around a figure or place from that history, each with a freestanding bathtub.
Dining & wellness
A Michelin Guide-listed restaurant blending Italian craftsmanship with Persian and South Asian flavors, plus a cocktail bar developed with local outfit Spirits of Anarchy.
