Notre avis Un emplacement calibré pour l'événementiel plutôt que pour le tourisme de loisir : la proximité immédiate du Palais des Congrès en fait avant tout une adresse d'affaires, moins évidente pour un séjour touristique classique à Liège.

Four star hotel with youth hostel service. I was given a room with a defect climate control. When I told the receptionist that night, I was told it was too late for anything to be done. The next day I had to negotiate to get a new room. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that no one would be there all weekend and to email quality control. I still have not received a response. In addition to the AC not functioning in room 921, the glass to the bathroom window was missing and the towel heater was also broken. Some other issues with the hotel is that the gym and sauna are closed on the weekend, the jacuzzi only has freezing water. The sauna is also really tiny even though the spa area would have enough space for a bigger sauna. The staff is also really stingy with getting any additional towels. When talking to the receptionists no one wants to take responsibility and they seem overwhelmed by the large hotel and few staff. Avoid the trap of a seemingly beautiful hotel with lots of bad surprises.
Update: I finally got a response from the hotel offering no type of remedy. Please see attached screenshot
We stayed there only one night on the way to Germany, it was late night check in, staff had problems with English. We had to pay for car park. The room was kind of ok, but I would expect more from a 4 star hotel really. We had a nice view over the Meuse River in the morning, so that was a plus.
I just barely saw that Adolf or Adolph, is a Wolf.
At that, its inclination is Noble.
If Kelly Clarkson song was new, as I'm sure it was, there's no way I can control the app. I play one song, and it chooses, by programming, everything it wants to hear.
The easy I work. I ignore smoke, get really sick, and then try the logical thing that everyone took is have tried months ago.
Because the really expensive, good saying peas "caused" me to get hit. Which I'm assuming is true, because of my dreams corresponding with it.
I would stay on 2 Buck peas every day with the bad taste in my mouth if I new it was safe.
I prefer eating one thing a day no matter what it is, so that I can stay a constant. Because I have no room for error.
That is Travis.
I'm literally not afforded any space.
I had space and felt like I was in jail. I'm dying, and cannot escape my own sentencing to this land, umbewhittingly...
I really hope what ever I keep hearing cries about us because of the time, because I really want to move.
I should have chosen that grave site that looked really dangerously cool and maybe even isolated.
It would of be tragic of me to do so now.
I'm so sad that I have no say so in anything. It makes me feel so dumb thinking I tried to design something from scratch and ended up here.
Room was good and spacious no complains about the facility, but night receptionist Mr Sérgio Lacroix Pimenta was extremely rude and made some racist comments during check in. On top of that, when coming back to the room at night, got physically barricaded in aggressive manner (in literal sense) by same receptionist who forbid to take the elevator until he verified in his system our identifies (physically running to block the entry). I understand that people might be tired working at night, but such level of aggressiveness I have never experienced in any hotel - as if he is handling criminals. My suggestion - make sure to check in earlier so that night staff is not welcoming you to the hotel
Checked in. Nice rooms. Went to the bar/restaurant. Sat at the customer service side. Ignored. Flagged a bar tender. Got some beers. Tried to order food; got deferred to a waitress. Fine, good food, received promptly. Continued to be ignored by the bar service. Asked a bar back for help - nope. Finally bartender came back. Got attention from a senior server and got some help for coffee and a pizza box - which was tossed at me. Bar service SUCKED. They should not have bar stools, much less refer them to us, if they don’t intend to provide service at the level of this 4 * hotel.
