The concept
Hamilton-based Vrancor Group, an Ontario hospitality company with roughly 20 hotels, acquired the existing Niagara Fallsview Hotel & Suites at 6733 Fallsview Boulevard and is repositioning it as voco Niagara Falls — one of voco's first three Canadian signings alongside voco Montréal and voco Toronto Airport West. The two-tower, 232-room property is undergoing a refresh spanning the lobby, coffee shop, indoor pool and fitness centre ahead of the brand conversion; reported timelines range from a spring 2026 rebrand start to a late-2026 completion, logged here as late 2026 per the more recent trade coverage. Entirely distinct from the already-open, unrelated 58-room voco The Cadence across the border in Niagara Falls, New York.
Dining & wellness
The property's existing Turtle Jacks Muskoka Grill restaurant and bar, plus an adjacent Outback Steakhouse, are expected to continue operating through the conversion, alongside a revamped lobby coffee shop. No new signature restaurant has been announced.
