The concept
A genuine new-build hotel constructed from scratch on the former Granby Halls site next to the Tigers' stadium, part of a wider £22m stadium redevelopment. It opened in summer 2022 as Hotel Brooklyn Leicester, Bespoke Hotels' 4-star lifestyle brand, before Kew Green Hotels acquired the operating lease in 2024 and reflagged the property to IHG's voco — a rebranding that doesn't change the fact of the original 2022 new-build opening.
Dining & wellness
The Lair restaurant, serving seasonal dishes with 24-hour in-room dining; The Grandstand, a work-and-social hub; flexible event spaces divisible into three rooms.
