Staybridge Suites will occupy 68 extended-stay suites inside the same Island Quarter tower as Hotel Indigo Nottingham, announced by IHG and developer Conygar in 2021. No opening date has been confirmed.

The place
The Island Quarter, developer Conygar's regeneration scheme on the site of the former Boots Island Site, close to Nottingham city centre and the Nottingham & Beeston Canal.
The concept
The extended-stay half of the same 17-storey, 223-key tower announced by IHG and Conygar in January 2021, aimed at multi-night business and leisure travellers with full kitchens in every suite. As with the paired Hotel Indigo, no construction start or opening date has been confirmed since the original announcement.
