The concept
Parador 44 is independently owned and operated by siblings Tom Morgan, Owen Morgan and Natalie Isaac through Grupo 44, the South Wales restaurant and hospitality group behind the adjoining Bar 44. The Spanish-inspired conversion of empty office space opened on June 27, 2022, backed by £1.178 million in funding assisted by Cardiff Council and a Welsh Government Transforming Towns loan. It has nine individually designed en-suite rooms, an Andalucian-style terrace and a residents' lounge.
