NH Collection Ras Al Khaimah Al Marjan Island Hotel & Apartments

Minor Hotels will bring its NH Collection brand to Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah with a 156-key project split between 120 beach-facing hotel rooms and suites and 36 branded serviced apartments. Developed by RRS International Development, the property is targeted for early 2028.

The place

Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah, roughly an hour from Dubai International Airport and about 30 minutes from Ras Al Khaimah International Airport.

The concept

NH Collection Ras Al Khaimah Al Marjan Island Hotel & Apartments is being developed by RRS International Development and operated by Minor Hotels under its NH Collection brand — the brand's first property on Al Marjan Island and part of Minor's wider push into the Middle East, where it already runs 17 hotels across the UAE. The project splits 156 total keys between 120 beach-facing hotel rooms and suites and 36 branded serviced apartments, joining Al Marjan Island's fast-growing resort strip alongside projects such as Wynn Al Marjan Island and Hard Rock Hotel & Residences Ras Al Khaimah. Planned amenities include a co-working space, a gym, an outdoor swimming pool, and a kids' club with a games room. An architect or interior designer has not been disclosed.

Dining & wellness

Four restaurants and bars are planned; individual venue names and concepts have not yet been announced.
