The concept
Hard Rock International is working with HR Hotel FZ LLC, a joint venture between Malta-based db Group and RAK Hospitality Holding, to bring the brand's first Ras Al Khaimah property to the emirate's Beach District, next to the Al Marjan Island resort strip. The mixed-use development is projected to create roughly 500 permanent jobs and combines hotel rooms with 395 branded residences, targeted to open in 2028.
Dining & wellness
Planned amenities include multiple restaurants featuring diverse cuisines and waterfront dining, a rooftop bar, conference and event space, a beach club, swimming pools, a spa and a fitness center.
