Hilton Marjan Island Beach Resort & Spa

Hilton has signed with developer M Hospitality to build a 350-room beach resort on Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, next to the existing Hampton by Hilton Marjan Island. Six restaurants and bars, a spa and a rooftop sky pool are planned, with a Q4 2026 opening targeted.

The concept

Hilton Marjan Island Beach Resort & Spa is a 350-key beachfront resort signed between Hilton and developer M Hospitality — their third collaboration in Ras Al Khaimah — on Marjan Island, next to the already-operating Hampton by Hilton Marjan Island. The resort is planned with 315 king rooms and 35 suites, an executive lounge, four meeting rooms and a ballroom for up to 300 guests. Leisure facilities include a fitness club, a spa and wellness centre, tennis courts, a kids' club with its own pool and playground, and a 360-degree rooftop sky pool overlooking the Arabian Gulf. The project adds to Hilton's fast-growing Middle East portfolio, which stood at roughly 80 hotels across 11 brands at the time of signing, and brings its UAE count toward the high 30s. As of August 2026, no construction-progress updates or topping-out milestone have been reported beyond the original signing announcement.

Dining & wellness

Plans call for six restaurants and bars; individual venue names and concepts have not yet been announced.
