Mr. C Hotel & Residences West Palm Beach

Mr. C Hotel & Residences West Palm Beach is a 27-storey condo-hotel at 320 Lakeview Avenue with 110 hotel rooms and 146 branded residences, from the Cipriani family's Mr. C brand. Construction began in 2025 and the tower had reached about the 16th floor by August 2026; completion, first promised for 2026, is now slated for 2027.

The concept

Mr. C is the hotel brand of Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani, fourth generation of the family known for restaurants and event spaces. The first Mr. C opened in Beverly Hills in June 2011, followed by Mr. C Miami Coconut Grove, Mr. C Seaport in New York and Mr. C Residences in Coconut Grove and Jumeirah. West Palm Beach would be the brand's first property in Palm Beach County and its third in South Florida.

The developers are Terra and Sympatico Real Estate, the latter owned by the Palm Beach-based Morrison family. Arquitectonica is the architect, Meyer Davis designs the interiors with the Cipriani brothers, and KAST Construction is the general contractor. The tower is a condo-hotel: 110 hotel rooms and 146 branded residences from one to four bedrooms, between 830 and 2,200 sq ft. Owners on select floors can put their units into the hotel rental program.

The building was first announced in October 2023 at 25 storeys; recent coverage gives 27.

Dining & wellness

The 2023 announcement named Bellini, a restaurant and lounge, plus a Bellini café, a ballroom, a lounge and a library. The most recent project description, from August 2026, lists a garden-level lap pool with private cabanas and a poolside bar and lounge, a fitness center with yoga, Pilates and Peloton rooms, a spa with steam room and sauna, a library and business lounge, and a children's area called Little C's Outdoor Playground. Neither source says which of these will be open to hotel guests only and which to residents; the restaurant plans have not been updated since 2023.
