Hyatt House Fresno / Campus Pointe has opened as the brand's first Fresno property, completing the long-planned Campus Pointe development next to Fresno State's Save Mart Center. The 138-suite extended-stay hotel offers apartment-style accommodations aimed at event attendees, university visitors and business travellers to the area.

The place
At Campus Pointe, on the corner of Shaw and Chestnut avenues next to Fresno State's Save Mart Center, built for university visitors and event traffic.
The concept
The 138-suite, four-story hotel is Hyatt House's first Fresno property and the final phase of developer Lance Kashian's long-running Campus Pointe project, which also added retail space and 530 residential units. Apartment-style suites with full kitchens target extended-stay guests, sports fans and business travellers tied to the Save Mart Center and Fresno State.
Dining & wellness
The H Bar serves as the hotel's bar and grill, complemented by a complimentary breakfast bar, an outdoor pool, a 24/7 fitness center and a 4,300-square-foot conference space for up to 250 guests.
