DoubleTree by Hilton Parramatta, targeting late 2028, is planned for 34 Hassall Street inside Deicorp Group's Cosmopolitan mixed-use precinct in Western Sydney. Hilton signed the franchise agreement in September 2026, with Trilogy Hotels operating the 100-room property next to the Parramatta Light Rail.

The concept
DoubleTree by Hilton Parramatta occupies part of Cosmopolitan, a mixed-use precinct from Deicorp Group that also includes 597 apartments, retail and commercial space. Trilogy Hotels was appointed to operate the property under a management agreement with Deicorp; Hilton signed the DoubleTree franchise agreement in September 2026. Rooms are planned at 20-45 square metres, alongside an all-day dining restaurant, a lounge and 667 square metres of event space.
