The concept
Opened October 1, 2020, the seven-story, 177-room hotel was developed by Miller Global Properties and is operated by Mile High Hospitality; at opening it was described locally as Old Town's first new-build hotel in more than a decade. Dallas-based Studio 11 Design handled the interiors, working a mid-century modern aesthetic with Southwest influences, Arizona-inspired color palettes, and artwork by local artists throughout the property.
Dining & wellness
Cobre Kitchen + Cocktails, the ground-floor restaurant, serves an American brasserie menu with Southwest influences and locally sourced ingredients. Outrider Rooftop Lounge, on the seventh floor, pairs a pool and bar with views toward Camelback Mountain. The hotel also has a Technogym-equipped fitness center and roughly 2,000 square feet of meeting space.
