The place

The hotel stands at 7117 E. 3rd Avenue, inside Old Town Scottsdale's Entertainment District, within walking distance of Scottsdale Stadium, restaurants, galleries, and retail. It's a new-build addition to a stretch of downtown that had seen little new hotel construction in recent years.

The concept

Opened February 26, 2026, the six-story property is PEG Companies' new-build entry into Scottsdale, applying AC Hotels' European-inspired brand language of clean lines and pared-back materials to a desert setting. The developer describes the design as balancing a modern European sensibility with cues drawn from the surrounding desert. The hotel includes meeting and event space with built-in audiovisual technology and three levels of underground valet parking, positioning it for both business travelers and weekend visitors drawn to Old Town's nightlife.

Dining & wellness

AC Kitchen serves a European-inspired continental breakfast, and AC Lounge offers tapas-style small plates, craft beer, and cocktails. Cielito, the roughly 70-seat rooftop restaurant and bar developed with The Wayfaring Group under chef Shon Foster, serves a menu inspired by the coastal and desert flavors of Northwest Mexico, alongside a rooftop pool facing Camelback Mountain. A 950-square-foot fitness center operates 24/7, and the hotel accepts dogs up to 50 pounds.
