newhotels.io

Mathieu founded newhotels.io after building Newtable, a restaurant guide, and Où Bruncher, a guide dedicated to the best brunch spots, two projects built on the same idea: a guide is only as good as the discipline behind what it chooses to include. He now applies that standard to hotels. A network of contacts in several countries keeps him posted on what is opening in the major cities and their neighborhoods, and AI tools help with the sourcing, so that the choices of what to cover stay his.
