The concept
The hotel describes a design built around connection, bringing together local makers, regional stories and carefully considered design rather than a plain refurbishment. It runs guest experiences called Meet The Makers.
The 21 rooms come in four types: Deluxe King, Deluxe Queen, King Split with two king single beds, and Standard Queen. A two-bedroom accessible apartment is still to open. An outdoor pool completes the property.
Dining & wellness
The sources consulted list no restaurant at the hotel itself. Next door, Kardinia is a 19th-century villa on the State Heritage register, set on a one-acre precinct with a concert hall, a library and a private event space that can be booked for balls, workshops and weddings.
