Soho Ranch House Sonoma, confirmed by Soho House & Co. in December 2025, is planned to open in 2027 on a 350-acre former ranch site in Kenwood, Sonoma Valley. It will be the private members' club brand's first Northern California location and first Ranch House format, with roughly 50 cottages and villas around an infinity pool at the base of Hood Mountain.

The place
A 350-acre site on Campagna Lane in Kenwood, an unincorporated Sonoma Valley community of fewer than 800 people, off Highway 12 at the base of Hood Mountain.
The concept
Known locally as the Kenwood Ranch, the site has been in development for more than two decades: Sonoma County approved a use permit for a 50-room inn, spa, restaurant and winery back in 2004. Private equity firm Yucaipa Companies, founded by Ron Burkle, bought the property in 2020 and is leasing it to Soho House & Co., which confirmed the project in December 2025 as its first Ranch House format and first Northern California location, planned around 50 cottages and villas.
Dining & wellness
Plans include a house kitchen and bar, a health and wellness club, and an infinity pool overlooking Sonoma Valley.
