Herschend Family Entertainment is opening its first theme-park resort in America's Heartland, a 262-room property adjoining Silver Dollar City in Branson, Missouri. Designed around views of the Ozark Mountains and Table Rock Lake, the seven-story hotel anchors a half-billion-dollar, decade-long expansion of the park's 1,200-acre footprint, with a late-2026 opening targeted.

The place
The resort sits directly against the Silver Dollar City theme park in the Ozark Mountains outside Branson, Missouri, giving guests direct park access as well as views over Table Rock Lake.
The concept
Built in a Craftsman style with a white exterior and red roofline echoing the park's 1880s theming, the seven-story hotel is the flagship of Herschend's largest single investment in the property's history. It is pitched as the first purpose-built theme-park resort in America's Heartland, aimed at families visiting Silver Dollar City, White Water water park and the broader Branson attractions.
Dining & wellness
A full-service restaurant and roughly 17,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space are planned; specific dining concepts have not yet been announced.
