Overall a very cute place, and, while not exactly what we expected, we would stay here again.
The grounds were well maintained, the lobby/lounge area was cozy and welcoming, and the location can’t be beat (close to everything while being tucked away just enough for some peace and quiet).
Beds were comfy. Rooms were a little cramped and smaller than I expected, with poor ventilation and no storage options (no closet, no drawers, no shelves, just suitcases on the floor). Our room was stuffy and humid to the point where our bed linens felt damp to the touch. We had to leave the bathroom vent fan on 24/7 to sort of help. Walls were SO thin that we could clearly hear conversations in the next room, and were woken up several times each night by loud banging, footsteps, or kids jumping on beds in the room above us. I know these are old buildings, but wow.
The free breakfast includes instant oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, bagels, and packaged pastries, with some hot items available for purchase at the bar. Would have loved to see (and would have paid for) more hot breakfast options. One cold/lukewarm breakfast burrito option (for $10) was a bit disappointing. Coffee drinks purchased from the bar were great, but the coffee in the breakfast area was very weak each day we were there - like drinking lightly coffee-flavored water.
For the price, I’d call this a solid “pretty good” and we would consider another stay the next time we’re in town.
My family of 3 stayed here for 3 nights. This place has a very cool vibe. It’s unlike anywhere else we have ever stayed. The lobby was very cool. The bar/coffee bar was amazing. I had several coffees from here and all of them were good. The hot tubs were very relaxing as was the pool. The creek was a nice touch. The only complaints I would have was the AC had a hard time keeping up in the summer heat and there wasn’t much storage in the rooms. Other than that if we ever return to Branson we would stay here again 😊
This may be the cutest boutique hotel I've been to! The attention to detail in decor blew me away. The friendly service by Anne really won me over! I loved all of the amenities included with our stay. The coffee/bar is such a nice touch. To be able to start the day with a specialty coffee or wind down with a local lager can't be beat. I have to say the music in the lobby really fit the vibe so well! PS would you please share what station that was?? Thank you again for making our family vacation so special!
The rooms are small. Good for just a place to sleep. Kind of felt like I was camping on a camper. Over all clean. Since it is a motel, you can hear everything that goes on outside and if you are on the bottom floor you can hear everything above you. The staff was very attentive to needs. They did run out of bath towels but were able to offer pool towels. The rooms don’t have many plugs to charge phones etc. Rooms also seemed very humid. WiFi and cell service was spotty.
Property is awesome, fire pits to rent, two hot tubs, decent size pool. Nice creek to cool off in or listen to.
Overall good experience, not sure I would take a family of 5 for 5 nights.
I want to gate keep this place so bad but I just can’t. Tonight is night 4 of 5 for us so we haven’t checked out yet and I already couldn’t wait to leave a Google review! This place is perfect for my family (my husband, myself, 11 y/o daughter, 9 y/o daughter, and our pup). The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The view is awesome. The rooms are big enough for all 4 of us plus our pup and still don’t feel over cramped. We got a room with the overhead bunk beds and the girls absolutely loved it! This isn’t a 5 star resort, this is a family lodge! The style is just the right about of hipster to not be cringe lol I would absolutely stay here again!!
