This is a great holiday. We live locally and stayed here for two nights during the worst days of the June heatwave to take advantage of the air-conditioning. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Efficient check-in. Room was perfect - spacious, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Had a very relaxing sleep. Breakfast was very nice - some options for order as well as hot and cold buffets. We dined at the restaurant both nights and the food was very good (maybe some things I would like done slightly differently personally but the food has to be pitched for a varied audience and it worked well). Bar also very good. Very efficient air-conditioning (perhaps a bit TOO efficient in the restaurant). On the second night, the hotel manager was on restaurant floor helping out and speaking to customers, which was nice and very rarely seen in any other hotel.
This is a great asset to Coventry. The location next to the station is perfect - easy for exploring Coventry as well as short hops by train to nearby Kenilworth and Leamington Spa.
Really lovely one night stay. Helen on the check in desk was so friendly which was a great start to the experience. She shared some stories about the hotels theme, the local area and special offers that were on that evening. My room was spotless, the prefect size and with all the amenities you would expect. A great stay and certainly would be my go to choice next time I visit Coventry
I had such a lovely experience at Hotel Indigo Coventry. I booked the Lady Godiva room for a special event for 9 people, and from the very beginning the staff were incredibly helpful. Whenever I called with questions, they were patient and clear, making sure everything was explained properly so there were no surprises on the day. I was even able to extend my booking, which made the whole process so much easier.
The venue itself is beautiful, an intimate and elegant space that was perfect for the event I wanted to host. I hired external decorators and they were able to come in and set everything up without any hassle. On the day, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and made sure my guests were comfortable throughout.
The food was also genuinely really good. The starters were top tier especially the crispy squid, which some of my guests loved so much they reordered it. The mains were just as good, and I was honestly so relieved it wasn’t one of those places where the atmosphere is amazing but the food doesn’t live up to it.
The location is also ideal, especially for guests travelling into Coventry. Being right next to the train station made everything so convenient and stress-free at the end of the evening.
I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend it for anyone planning a special occasion.
The hotel is fantastic, really modern, clean and comfortable. The staff were brilliant, really helpful. A special shout out to Tetiana and Ludmila. I left my iPad in the hotel and the housekeeping team handed it in for me to retrieve. The reception team have been awesome in helping me arrange its return too. I would definitely stay again and I would stay in other branches after such a positive experience. Thank you.
The staff are cheerful, polite, patient, professional and helpful. My friend requested to have late check out. The staff made recommendations that made her ease her worries for carrying the luggage around. Your staff, Mae Durant always served us with smiling faces. Her patience was highly appreciated. Heartfelt thanks for her continued support during our stay.
We experienced a wonderful stay from 4-6 April. The room was clear and tidy. The setting made us feel like home. The special designed wallpaper for the life reminded us the old days of Hong Kong. What a surprise!
Definitely, we will visit again and introduce your hotel to our friends when they visit Coventry. In fact, we were introduced by our friend to make the reservation this time.
