The concept

Developer Affinity Hospitality is building a four-story, ground-up Courtyard financed through a $39 million package from Northrim Bank and Nuveen Green Capital, including $14 million in C-PACER (Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy and Resilience) financing: the first new-construction project in Alaska to use the program. The C-PACER funds cover energy efficiency, water conservation and seismic-resilience measures, a notable detail for a state with high earthquake frequency, alongside the brand's latest contemporary room design.
