El concepto Majestic Mirage Costa Mujeres es la segunda propiedad de la cadena mexicana Majestic Resorts en Costa Mujeres, junto al ya existente Majestic Elegance, y su primer proyecto concebido íntegramente en formato all-suite en la zona. El hotel divide sus 605 suites, todas de más de 93 m², en dos secciones con personalidad propia: The Club, exclusiva para mayores de 18 años, y Family Club, abierta a todas las edades, mientras que los huéspedes adultos de ambas secciones comparten acceso a la totalidad de las instalaciones. Recibió a sus primeros huéspedes en una fase de preapertura el 12 de diciembre de 2025 y alcanzó operación completa el 15 de enero de 2026.
Gastronomía y bienestar El complejo suma diez restaurantes de cocina internacional, italiana, japonesa (con mesas de teppanyaki), mariscos, mexicana, india y un asador argentino, además de un Café Mexicano con café de especialidad, jugos y repostería durante todo el día. Entre las instalaciones figuran seis piscinas privadas con camas balinesas, un parque acuático, dos lounges exclusivos para adultos y el spa Blossom, compartido con el Majestic Elegance contiguo.
Nuestra opinión Majestic construyó su segundo Mirage, tras el de Punta Cana, justo al lado de su propio Majestic Elegance, con el que comparte spa, lo que plantea la pregunta de fondo: ¿es una propiedad con identidad propia o una ampliación de gama superior del hotel vecino, pensada para captar al mismo huésped con un ticket más alto? La fórmula The Club / Family Club, que ya usan varios competidores en Costa Mujeres, tampoco es una innovación de Majestic sino un estándar del segmento que el grupo adopta con cierto retraso.

Had the most amazing stay at Majestic Mirage. The resort was so beautiful and well maintained. We visited for my birthday and staff went above and beyond to make my day special. Our butler Stelian was so kind and responsive and made our stay extra special.
We got the mirage club plunge pool suite which made our stay 100x better. The plunge pool was such an amazing upgrade, it was so worth it. The vibes at the resort were very relaxing and chill.
The food was amazing, we especially loved the steak house and the Indian restaurant.
Would definitely book again!
We stayed at this resort recently after a 10 day stay, as a family of 4 with two rooms both of which were upgraded to plunge pool rooms (1531 and 1533). This was our first time in Mexico, and our first time in an all inclusive. We were not sure what to expect from this hotel but exceeded every one of our expectations. The rooms were exceptionally big with every amenity required. The only thing we missed was a bidet but i now understand this is not the norm in the Americas.
We absolutely loved this place from the quality of food and drink to the level of facilities offered, copious amount of bars included swim up, great beach, amazing sea, with beds and cabanas always available.
The staff at the restaurants, bars and beach were attentive, polite and always served with a smile. A particular shoutout to Misael
at the water park swim up bar, Alberto from breakfast and Concepcion from house keeping - (who made sure mine and my brothers room was always pristine😊)
Good selection of entertainment, in a dedicated theatre / outdoor area including wrestling, Michael Jackson tribute etc.
A great resort ideal for families. A couple of observations:
1. snacks in the rooms but not topped up which is a must for families with kids.
2. We used taxis booked from the hotel which were very expensive although on par with local rates. We later discovered Uber operates in Cancun and serves this hotel for a fraction of the price.
We had an amazing holiday and 100% will return to this resort if we were to visit Mexico again. Thank you everyone for being so kind to us😊
Staying at Majestic Mirage for a little over a week with my family, we have previously stayed next-door at Majestic Elegance and really enjoyed our experience. When this new resort opened up we thought we must try it, and it exceeded our expectations. The service was amazing. Everyone was very attentive and the service was exceptional. We had amazing service, especially at the steakhouse for dinner from our server Jhandi. Always checking up on our food and if we needed anything else with a smile on his face. Truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back in the following years.
We stayed at Majestic Mirage costa Mujeres June 4th-11th 2026! Our stay was absolutely incredible! The grounds were beautiful the rooms were spacious and clean and service was top notch! We stayed in the family club section and had two swim up rooms. One by the water park and one by the main pool, both were phenomenal! The service by the waterpark was great I can’t remember the two guys names who walk around and ask for drinks I think one was Luis but they NEVER let our drinks run out! They were on top of refills and asking us if we needed anything at all every few mins, Israel who works the grill at the waterpark was so sweet and kind even when he had a line he was so friendly and remained calm and talkative, such a hard worker! Our butlers were Frank and Humberto, they both made sure our stay was pleasant and helped us with anything we needed! The restaurants were all really good, the Indian and the Mexican absolutely exceeded my expectations! Elipio and Omar were incredible servers and so friendly! The only complaint I really had was that it would be nice if they would make the family club pool for family club guests only, adults from the adult only side came to our pool daily getting drunk and acting crazy where kids were swimming, even though all adult pools had their own swim up bar.. I hope Majestic makes this change! I will honestly never forget my stay here at the mirage and hopefully we can return again one day!
We have been here for 5 days already, and honestly the buffet service disappointed us many times. Several times we waited more than 10 minutes even for drinks or simple requests, and sometimes the things we ordered were never brought at all. Compared to our stay last year at Majestic Mirage in the Dominican Republic, where the service was fast, professional, and very attentive, this was unpleasant and unexpected.
However, one person completely changed our experience — Alberto Cruz. He is incredibly polite, professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. I always drink decaf coffee, and with Alberto I never have to wait — within 1–2 minutes after asking, it is already on the table. He remembers guests’ preferences, pays attention to details, and treats people with genuine care and respect.
For the last several days, we have intentionally chosen tables in Alberto’s section because the difference in service quality is huge. He consistently provides the best service we have experienced here. Honestly, many other servers here should learn from Alberto Cruz because this is exactly how real hospitality and customer service should be. Employees like him are the reason guests want to come back again.
I also want to clarify that I am speaking specifically about the buffet service. In the restaurants, the service has been absolutely incredible.
The hotel itself truly impressed us with its charm. The property is beautiful, the atmosphere is amazing, and the food throughout our stay has been absolutely delicious.
