El concepto Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres es la sexta propiedad de The Excellence Collection en el Caribe y México y una construcción enteramente nueva, con una inversión declarada de US$220 millones y la generación de cerca de 3.000 empleos directos e indirectos según las autoridades de Quintana Roo. Nuestra opinión Que el propio acto de inauguración oficial, con la gobernadora de Quintana Roo presente, citara 470 habitaciones mientras la cadena y los canales de reserva hablan de 503 no es un detalle menor: en un segmento donde el tamaño y la proporción de categorías superiores son el principal argumento de venta, la falta de una cifra única sugiere una comunicación de apertura apresurada. Más allá de eso, Excellence Coral es la sexta réplica de una fórmula ya consolidada del grupo (suites grandes, todo incluido de lujo solo para adultos) en un corredor, Playa Mujeres / Costa Mujeres, que en apenas un año sumó varios megaproyectos comparables.

We had such an amazing experience at this resort! We came for our honeymoon and felt like royalty the entire time!! Oscar was our beach concierge and he was absolutely incredible. We felt so taken care of and spent like 5 hours a day just on the beach. The cold towels, coconut water, endless service was amazing. He was the best! Dinner was fabulous every night and we really felt so special celebrating our love here. Highly recommend!!!
We absolutely love this place. The staff is so kind, the resort is top notch, very clean, great food, and amazing drinks.
Jesus at check in instantly made us feel like we were home and checked on us several times throughout the trip.
Our butlers Jesus and Ricardo were so attentive and made sure we had anything and everything we could need.
Jullybed came every day and set up our beds, cleaned our glasses, made us a sand towel, and made us feel like family!
Yanomi (spelling is wrong I’m sure) was our server by one pool and she was so quick and sweet!
Cesar and Levi at martini bar made some AMAZING new drinks we’ve never had and always had a smile on their face!
David did a private bartender hour with us and he was perfection!
Angelo was the best entertainment during volleyball and karaoke night!
The list could go on with the staff being so amazing! We return to Excellence every year for this reason! Can’t wait to come back soon!
An experience with my family at Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres!! From the moment you arrive you feel pure luxury. Our stay at the resort was more than I expected, offering a spacious suite with a balcony and an ocean-facing jacuzzi where each morning started with a beautiful sunrise.
Everyone at the resort was extremely friendly! Miriam and Angelo made sure we were having a good time during our stay by making sure we knew about all the upcoming events. The Excellence App was helpful as it had the resort map, list of the restaurants with menus and daily activity schedule for the week which you could schedule a reminder alert for the activities you want to be a part of. The service at the pool was great; Betsy made sure we had our favorite cool beverages and food. On the beach, the team of Jullybed and Oscar made the Club Beach experience so comfortable, and they even made an art design on a towel to celebrate my retirement from education.
All the servers we had during the trip were professional and very willing to make our stay enjoyable. Thanks to Alexander at Zenith, Angel at Spice and the waiters at Magna for making each meal an incredible experience. I look forward to visiting again!
One word describes this resort: incredible. The hospitality, the facilities, the atmosphere, the restaurants, the entertainment - all incredible. From the moment we walked onto the property, we were greeted with amazing service and kindness. Ivana and Damian at the beach cabana were amazing and always had a smile on their faces while helping us find the perfect chairs, at the beach or poolside. Alexander at The Grill restaurant was pleasant, always ready with a refill of our drinks, and did a great job explaining each course. Gilberto with the resort activities team was anther stand out. He took us on the bike tour, which was such a fun (included!) experience, and made an extra effort to say ‘hi’ to us throughout our week-long stay. Angel at the Kanpai restaurant and was also an amazing server who was very attentive and friendly. Finally, Feliciano at the Chez Isabelle restaurant was another outstanding service member. He was so attentive throughout our meal, took extra care in his recommendations, and was just overall amazing. We would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and enjoyable vacation that has an array of activities and dining options and outstanding hospitality.
Absolutely incredible experience for our first All Inclusive. This will be very hard to beat.
Right away we were greeted with a glass of champagne at the doors and a bellhop took our baggage. We were ushered into the Exellence Lounge for check in and everything was explained to us for a seamless experience. Every member of staff was extremely welcoming throughout our entire stay, and every member did an amazing job. A few took excellent care of us in their respective areas.
Carlos Arroyo at Kanpai was very attentive and gave us many different options to choose from.
Brandon at Chez Isabelle was extremely attentive as well and made our night very enjoyable.
During the day, Mateo from the pool bar was a treat to speak to, and his drinks and service were awesome. Paco from the pool bar also did an amazing job at keeping us hydrated and keeping the drinkis coming. Jesus waited for us at the excellence club pool as well, and did an awesome job bringing us snacks and drinks. Ivana was such a treat to speak to and took amazing care of us down at the beach and poolside by making sure we had everything we needed our entire stay. Barbara also did an excellent job beachside by bringing us drinks, food, and made us feel very welcome our first day out on the beach. Edwin from spa was absolutely awesome and made us feel extremely comfortable through our spa treatment. Alexander at Zenith made us feel right at home by showing us the best parts of the menu and took great care of us during our lunch. Brandon took care of us at Chez Isabelle, and while he is usually at The Grill, he did an amazing job serving us that night. Yasaid and Carlos from Kitchen Table were awesome and very attentive during our many breakfasts. Enrique from Las Olas also gave us a great experience down at the beach and made sure we had everything we needed. Juan at the Martini Bar downstairs was awesome throughout the day, morning and night, he was attentive and makes awesome drinks. Eduardo was our chef at Agave Cantina for the comales experience and was informative of what he was making for us while also keeping the mood extremely light and fun. Luis at Kanpai provided a great experience for us at the Wok and did an amazing job cooking some delicious food.
Overall we had an amazing experience for our honeymoon, and we are excited to come back for anniversaries or just to enjoy some time down at this amazing resort. 10/10.
