Developed by Northland Properties alongside a new 1,000-stall parkade, the 245-room hotel is set to open in 2028 with a restaurant, rooftop lounge and conference facilities.

The concept
A $100-million, six-storey property from BC-based Northland Properties, built directly into the airport precinct to give the Okanagan's busiest gateway its first dedicated full-service luxury hotel, aimed at business travelers, conference groups and connecting leisure visitors.
