Marriott International and RDK Commercial Investments have signed The St. Regis Mirfa Beach Resort, an all-villa waterfront property of 63 private beachfront and floating villas in Mirfa, a coastal town on Abu Dhabi's western shore about 150 km from the capital. Targeted for 2029, it will be the fifth St. Regis in the UAE and the third in Abu Dhabi's emirate.

The place
Mirfa, a coastal town in Abu Dhabi's Al Dhafra region, on the emirate's western shore roughly 150 km — about a 90-minute drive — from Abu Dhabi city.
The concept
RDK Commercial Investments and Marriott International signed the project as the fifth St. Regis in the UAE and the third in Abu Dhabi's emirate, positioned as an all-villa sanctuary rather than a conventional hotel tower. Each of the 63 villas is planned with indoor and outdoor living space, a private lift, upper and lower decks, shaded canopies, skylight flooring and a floating pool, set along an undeveloped stretch of coastline roughly 150 km from the capital's established luxury hotel strip.
Dining & wellness
Plans include multiple dining venues, several swimming pools, a spa, a fitness centre, a kids' club and a padel court, alongside St. Regis' signature Butler Service and its traditional afternoon champagne sabre ritual.
