The concept
Developed by Shanna Collective with Iguana Investments, the project pairs a 170-room Four Seasons hotel with 26 private residences, floor plans running roughly 1,930 to 7,936 square feet, which began sales in January 2026 with prices starting at $4.7 million. It anchors Jacksonville's broader Sports & Entertainment District redevelopment, which also includes a $1.4 billion renovation of EverBank Stadium, home of the NFL's Jacksonville Jaguars, and a new Class A office building.
Dining & wellness
Plans include an 11,000-square-foot Four Seasons-branded spa with 12 treatment rooms and cryotherapy, three restaurants from Michelin-starred chefs, multiple bars, a residents' lounge with a golf simulator, a fitness center, dedicated kids' and teens' spaces, and direct access to a 78-slip marina.
