Le concept Reconversion d'une ancienne ferme en pierre, jamais exploitée comme hôtel auparavant, par son propriétaire Benoît Gersdorff : environ dix ans de travaux, avec les pierres d'origine numérotées, démontées puis reposées à leur emplacement initial. L'établissement compte six chambres, chacune décorée dans une ambiance différente (du plus rustique au plus contemporain) : quatre suites et deux duplex, dont une suite installée sous les combles avec salon, chambre-bureau et salle de bain en enfilade. L'espace bien-être comprend une piscine intérieure à contre-courant, un jacuzzi et un espace fitness, complétés par un petit spa proposant massages et soins (dont un hydromassage « medyjet »). Un salon privé permet d'accueillir 8 à 16 convives pour un repas privatisé.

Notre avis Une adresse très haut de gamme mais délibérément confidentielle (six chambres seulement) : le temps de rénovation exceptionnellement long (près d'une décennie, pierre par pierre) a produit un établissement au caractère affirmé plutôt qu'un simple boutique-hôtel standardisé, ce qui explique la reconnaissance déjà obtenue (Michelin Guide, très bien noté sur Tripadvisor). La date d'ouverture précise reste introuvable malgré plusieurs recherches croisées, ce qui est cohérent avec le profil d'un établissement indépendant et discret plutôt qu'un signe d'information manquante par négligence.

A luxurious secret hideout (even from the Uber drivers!) 🏰🧳
Nested in a wonderfully quiet residential area up on the heights of the Citadelle, Ne5t Hotel & Spa is an absolute oasis of silence and calm in Namur.
The Room (or should I say, Mansion): We were a party of three and booked one of their largest "rooms." Honestly, calling it a room is a severe understatement, as it was essentially a massive apartment, complete with its own kitchen and beds so ridiculously comfortable I briefly considered refusing to leave them. 🛏️
The "Ghost" Staff: The quality of the facilities is excellent, and the staff is friendly. However, they run a very tight ship numbers-wise. Once evening hits, they pull a highly efficient disappearing act! You will not see a single soul around unless you call the designated duty number, which actually adds to the private, peaceful vibe. 👻
The Logistics: If you don't have your own car, getting down to the city center requires calling an Uber. Fair warning: the location is so wonderfully hidden that even the local Uber drivers will wander the residential streets looking thoroughly confused trying to find you! 😅🚗
The Verdict: The breakfast is simply excellent. Yes, the final bill is definitely on the expensive side for Namur, but as I always say: when you experience quality, you have to be perfectly prepared to pay the price tag for it. Worth almost every penny!
We are just back from 4 nights at ne5t. It was amazing !!!! Everything adds up. The hospitality of the staff makes you feel very welcome. The breakfast with top quality products all from the area is perfect. The room gives you an amazing hug when you open the door and come back from a walk or a visit to the city.
The dining experience in the room was super. Very nice dishes, adapted wines and presented very professionally by the team.
In the area it is lovely to walk, you can enjoy amazing views and you feel that you are in a safe area also to park your car.
We did not try the welness yet cause we enjoyed long walks in nature those days. The room was always very welcoming warm when you came back at the end of the day. Coffee and tea were available to catch after a nice shower.
In a couple of words 'It's a hidden gem in nature with an amazing staff where you feel welcome'. We will definitely go back and then try the welness.

From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The hotel has a beautiful, peaceful atmosphere, and the rooms are spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The service was excellent – the staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.
The breakfast was delicious and carefully prepared. The spa facilities were also top-notch, perfect for total relaxation. This is truly a hidden gem, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

The people working there are really welcoming and they really do know how to be at service for their clients. I've never been asked that often if everything is fine. The main thing I was missing though was a real sauna. The spa is only composed of a small pool, a Hammam and an uncomfortable infrared sauna . There's space for much more! Unfortunately, that will make me go to another hotel next time. But I'm a fan of wellness hotels, so...
