Great new hotel! The best in Bariloche.
Modern, comfortable, king beds, the view of the lake from the balcony is amazing!
We booked 5 nights, ended up staying 10 more days because we really loved the place.
The lake is beautiful, the pool and spa are very nice and they have a great restaurant.
It’s a 10 minute walk from the center of Bariloche which is great because it’s a quiet location, clean, and easy to get an Uber everywhere.
We rented a car for a few days and the hotel offers free parking which is rare nowadays.
Everyone at the hotel is so nice….can’t remember all the names but Gabriel, Daniel, Paola, Alex, Maia, Mariana, Camila, Ignacio…and all the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home.
We travel with my little dog a 3kg Yorkie and the hotel was super pet friendly which is very important for us.
The breakfast buffet and the food at the restaurant were delicious (some of the best we’ve had in Argentina so far) liked the quality of the ingredients they use.
Would definitely recommend it to my friends and stay here again!!!
We were really excited about staying here but unfortunately there were too many things that went wrong.
As other reviews have said it’s a brand new so all of the facilities are great and the views are incredible. All of the issues we had are fixable so hopefully this review can make sure they get sorted.
You have to book your time to use the sauna and steam room. It would be much better if you didn’t need to do this as they are big enough to have lots of people in. When we booked, the sauna or steam room hadn’t been turned on and so it was just cold. This also happened when we booked the jacuzzi on a separate occasion but it was just cold as well.
The pool is really nice and it’s lovely that it goes outside. Although very cute, there is a family of birds who also use it and they were pooing around the pool edge and in the pool so it didn’t feel that hygienic.
We ordered room service which was forgotten about and it took over 1.5 hours to come by which time we were wanting to go to sleep. It required speaking on the phone to 3 different people. We were given a 15% discount but felt this wasn’t enough.
The balconies are really lovely to sit out on. Both glass privacy separators to the rooms next door had clearly broken so there was no privacy between the rooms.
We stayed for 4 nights and 2 of the breakfasts were very chaotic and took over half and hour to get 2 poached eggs. The staff are very nice and friendly but i feel they are understaffed so more help would produce better service.
Overall we enjoyed our stay in Bariloche but wish we had booked somewhere else for the price.
Excellent location, amazing view of the river. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet has good options. Highly recommended
Great service and personal attention by management. Brand new hotel. Right on the lake but also close to the town. Beautiful grounds and spacious rooms, many with balconies and stunning views. When we faced a problem, they helped us graciously and went above and beyond.
Unfortunately we were disappointed with the overall experience of this hotel and would not come back nor recommend it.
Our bed base was broken and so the mattress was sunken in the middle - we had to call reception 4 times before someone came and was able to change it. While changing it team left the bedding on the floor (there were chairs in the room) and then put it back on, not the most hygienic. Also, first they changed the mattress into a queen, the base was for a king, and then left us with the queen making the whole bed situation quite uncomfortable.
While the room is spacious, the toilet area is very crammed and small.
When we were by the pool we order a couple sandwiches which after 45min we asked about and the team told us they had completely forgotten about the order.
The sauna is with a reservation system but cold when you arrive. We also had some people without a reservation join us, so not sure if the system works so well.
There was bird excrements around the pool as well, though they clean it every now.
The number of sunbeds is also very limited and in the afternoon the sun is mostly in the garden where they don't have chairs or sunbeds.
Definitely not a great stay and for the price-quality we would've stayed elsewhere.
