The hotel and staff here are wonderful. So pleased that hotel is situated in a quiet area from the noise of the new town. Rooms lovely, breakfast is great. The pool and outside bar is fabulous to relax, have a few drinks and snacks. The staff are lovely. We loved Carlos, he was so helpful and please make sure you take advantage of the spa, Marrianna is simply amazing, you will feel refreshed and energised. Thank you to all for making our stay enjoyable
Another fantastic stay, this was our third visit to the hotel and I can't see us staying anywhere else in benidorm. It's nice to be away from the madness of levante and feels much more peaceful and relaxed. We booked a deluxe double room which we always enjoy but were upgraded to a very similar room but with a large terrace. The room was also bigger than usual this was a nice surprise, being on the first floor was handy as we didn't need to wait for the lifts and could simply walk up and down the single flight of stairs. Really enjoyed breakfast (if you want a full English this isn't for you) but nice fresh omlettes and the cava is a nice touch. The hotel grounds around the pool are stunning and it feels like a green oasis in the concrete jungle. The Toiletries in the room (nuxe) are great. My only criticisms would be the pool had a slight film of suncream on the whole time we were there and it a relatively expensive hotel I'd expect a little better and the air con for us isn't cold enough even though you can put it to 16c I noticed the room temperature didn't go below 23c which is too hot for us with the thick and very nice bedding. I really should have mentioned it as I'm sure it is a soft limit that can be overruled and would next time. Staff bought two little bottles of cava for my birthday and a nice hand written note (used my middle name but it's the thought that counts). Rooms are very very quiet and we hears no sound at all. We will be back!!
We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Hotel Mercure Benidorm and would happily stay again.
The hotel is stylish, modern, and exceptionally clean throughout. One thing that stood out immediately was how amazing the hotel smelled whenever you walked through the reception and communal areas – it really added to the premium feel of the place.
The pool area was fantastic, with great food available during the day, and the breakfast each morning was excellent with plenty of choice and high-quality options. We also appreciated that pool towels were provided free of charge, which was a nice touch and made things much more convenient.
There are currently some building works taking place around the corner from the hotel, but this is absolutely no fault of the hotel itself and did not impact our enjoyment of the stay. We would encourage anyone considering booking not to be put off by this.
Overall, Hotel Mercure Benidorm provided a relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable holiday experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future.
The hotel was lovely, a real escape from the world in the centre of benidorm. The pool is very shaded so only a few beds get the sun but it's only a short walk to the beach. A must do is get a message! The masseuse was one of the best Oli have had.
It was the second hotel during one stay (the 1st one was Bali), so we could compare at least two 4* hotels. And hotel Mercure is an absolute winner! We especially loved how green, cozy and calm it was inside. I will not rewrite the same that a lot of people wrote before me. But I would mark expectational service from the very beginning in the reception, to people working in the restaurant. The quality of food was absolutely amazing for this money and for Benidorm. I would never expert tuna tartar or cherry tomatoes for dinner. It is such a big difference from mass market tourist hotels.
I loved the pool as well. It was warm enough even in April.
If by any chance I come back to Benidorm, this is the hotel I will stay, 100%.
(By the way, there is a massage room on the first floor. The woman working there, Mariana, is fantastic. I recommend!)
Thanks again for our stay to the whole staff, but extra to Michel on the reception, and the lady from the kitchen that made tortillas 14.04.26 for the servise
